AIM shall adopt cluster methodology to impart training to a wider pool of SMEs sectors through capacitated business support and advisory institutions, the methodology available to relevant support institutions and present it to the wider SE community.
AIM is the Knowledge partner for SINADE - Strengthening Industry-oriented Approaches for Dual Education and Training - Fully funded by German Federal Ministry for Education and Research (BMBF), Germany.
SINADE is a cluster project to promote Vocational Education and Training in MSMEs in India.
We now have three partners in India (ACMA Cluster in Sonipat, LECA in Lucknow and Nagpur Engineering Cluster in Nagpur).
AIM supported BMBF in identifying these three clusters in India and worked closely with Ministry of Skill Development and Entrepreneurship (MSDE) and the State Government of Uttar Pradesh to provide the Hard Interventions (Land and Buildings, Equipment and financial support for Training the Trainers in the Common Facility Centre) which will be established during the SINADE Project (Pilot Project) in India.
